A return to what education was always meant to be.
With timeless values, expert-led learning and partnership with the home, Edenbrook brings faith, family, and education back together to prepare our elementary school aged children for the world ahead without losing what matters most.
At Edenbrook Christian Academy, we believe elementary education should prepare children not only for the next grade, but for a meaningful life. Edenbrook is currently pursuing full accreditation through Cognia, with accreditation expected by Spring 2028. Cognia accreditation is a nationally and internationally recognized mark of educational quality, demonstrating that a school meets rigorous standards for student learning, leadership, and continuous improvement.
As a member of the National Association of University-Model Schools (NAUMS), we also embrace a Christ-centered approach that intentionally brings school and home together—combining excellent classroom instruction with meaningful family involvement. The result is an education rooted in truth, rich in wonder, and designed to help children grow in knowledge, wisdom, character, and faith.
Applications for the 2027-28 School Year open soon.
"As a deer pants for flowing streams, so pants my soul for you, O God." Psalm 42:1 (ESV)
The University Model Difference.
The University-Model reimagines the traditional school week by bringing together the expertise of professional educators and the influence of engaged parents. Rather than spending the majority of a child’s week in a classroom, students receive focused, intentional instruction on campus and continue learning at home through thoughtfully designed assignments and meaningful parent partnership. This approach allows Edenbrook to maximize the impact of classroom time while developing independence, responsibility, and confidence beyond it—giving families greater flexibility and more time together without compromising academic excellence. At Edenbrook, education isn’t something that happens apart from the family; school and home work together to help every child thrive.

Edenbrook’s weekly schedule creates an intentional balance between focused classroom instruction and meaningful learning at home. Kindergarten–3rd grade students attend Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 7:45 AM–12:30 PM, while 4th–5th grade students attend Tuesday and Thursday from 7:45 AM–12:30 PM. The remaining days become purposeful home-learning days, giving students the opportunity to reinforce concepts, develop independence, and learn alongside their families.

Edenbrook Christian Academy is grateful to call Rincon Church of God home, leasing space within the church’s two-story Family Life Center for our classroom instruction and school-day activities. This partnership provides Edenbrook with a welcoming, family-centered environment in which to grow while allowing the school to operate independently and remain focused on its distinct educational mission. Together, RCOG and Edenbrook share a commitment to strengthening families, investing in the next generation, and creating opportunities for children to grow in knowledge, character, and faith.

At Edenbrook, parent partnership means more than sending assignments home—it means equipping parents to confidently take part in their child’s education. Our dedicated Parent + Student Resource Room is available every school day, giving families a welcoming place to complete home-learning work together with Edenbrook educators nearby to answer questions, explain challenging concepts, and even help parents understand how to reinforce a lesson effectively. You are never expected to figure it out alone; our teachers teach the student, equip the parent, and help create consistency between classroom and home.
Why Parents Choose Edenbrook
-

Christ-Centered
Faith isn’t simply another subject at Edenbrook—it is the foundation of everything we do. Biblical truth shapes how our students learn, grow in character, and understand their place in God’s world.
-

Intentional Ratios
Every child deserves to be truly known, not simply counted. Our intentional class sizes give teachers the space to understand, encourage, and challenge each student personally.
-

Accountability and Accreditation
Currently pursuing accreditation through Cognia. Accreditation is expected to be valid by Spring of 2028. We’re committed to recognized standards of academic excellence, growth, and improvement. Families can embrace a different approach to education without sacrificing quality or accountability.
-

Exceptional Staff
A premier education begins with top-talent teachers, which is why our classrooms are led by certified educators exclusively. They bring professional expertise and accreditation together with a genuine love for children
-

Parent Partnership
We believe parents and teachers were never meant to work separately in a child’s education. Our model intentionally brings home and school together, creating a true partnership in each child’s academic and spiritual growth.

Back to Wonder
Childhood was made for curiosity, imagination, discovery, and wonder—and we believe education should be too. At Edenbrook, we create meaningful learning experiences that make children excited to discover what comes next.
